A Personal Update: Battling the Bug and Caring for My Voice
For the first time in five years, I’ve been down with a bug. As a singer, getting sick can be particularly challenging. I’ve been taking extra care of my voice with lots of rest, hydration, and gentle vocal exercises. Remember, your voice is your instrument, and it’s crucial to treat it with the utmost care, especially when you’re under the weather. Hopefully, this will pass soon - I definitely feel a million times better, it's just this pesky cough that is lingering...
