Hey, Reader, can you believe it's December already?! I've barely recovered from Thanksgiving! Speaking of, I hope yours was awesome! Well, I have a bit to unpack so let's get right into it! Updates:If you follow me on Instagram, you've probably noticed some little changes to my aesthetic - yes, I am revamping my rebrand a bit..lot. It happens all too often in the creative community that we're always making little tweaks, updates, and changes to our brand, even after we have a big launch (or relaunch). It seems everyone in the design community is tweaking their sites after having just launched! Leonardo da Vinci said "Art is never finished, only abandoned." and I could not agree more! Also, my personal branding guru, Melo Creative has been posting a lot about incorporating more of yourself into your brand - what makes you YOU, revisit your childhood, and find the things that you used to love to do..etc. So, yes, I am giving my site, brand, and social media a refresh. The vibe I am going for is "Opera meets Broadway meets 70s and 80s Retro" aesthetic. Check out my mood and brand boards below to see what I mean... Still finalizing the color palette, but it will be something along these lines...and to get that vintage look from the 70s, I will make my photos have more grain to them. Other tweaks will be new package names (and prices!) and possibly a new brand name (debating if all the hassle of changing it on everything will be worth it, though it will encompass all of my creative endeavors so it may be...stay tuned on that one. Also.....I am debating taking on a limited number of beta clients at 40-50% off my regular prices starting in January. This would be the absolute best opportunity to get yourself a custom website that is built on the best platform out there!
